RouterOS v7.1（testing）发布

12月6日，7.1被官网强行修改为stable！

以上是官方公布的7.1版本更新内容，当前是testing测试版本，非Development 开发版本（6.49是最后一个v6版本），从开始发布7.0开始，7.0beta版本只有8个，7.1的beta版本只有6个，7.1的rc版本只有7个，然后就到了7.1版本！现在v7的很多功能都没完善，还在不断的修改打补丁，我估计是要配合新品上市，干脆就这样发布了！v6都会有bug，何况v7，反正就是一个版本号！

注意到：docker并没出现在7.1的更新内容里！估计还要等后面的版本！
